Member organisations · Advisor workspace
A clearer basis for the member conversation.
For advisors and member services reviewing insurance with individual members. Invite the member and receive a basis for review in your workspace, with consent and references to the documents included.
You review with the sources close.
The analysis returns to your workspace. Follow each available reference and ask questions where documents are missing.
Travel cover in two documents
Compare the scope and exclusions in the included terms.
This workspace is for reviewing individual members’ insurance. Do you deliver benefits to employers? See the solution for brokers.
Want members to see their membership insurance alongside their private policies themselves? See member benefits.
The workspace
Invitation, consent, analysis.
The member shares their documents. You examine the analysis and take the conversation forward.
- 01
You invite
An advisor or member services sends an invitation to the member or client from the workspace.
- 02
The person consents
The member or client signs in with BankID and gives their consent, or uploads their policy documents.
- 03
The analysis comes back
The analysis of the included documents returns to the workspace. Review findings, terms references and anything the available information cannot establish.
The work you already do
More room for the conversation.
Forsio structures the insurance documents and highlights points that need review. Your advisors or member services have the sources close at hand and can follow up questions with the member.
From the documents, not from the form
The analysis starts with the policy documents and terms included in the review. Missing documents may need to be added before you can draw a conclusion.
Across insurer boundaries
A member may hold policies with different insurers. Forsio compares the contracts included in the review and brings their terms references into the same workspace.
Not every overlap is the same overlap
Similar cover may overlap or complement each other. Whether several policies can pay out depends on their terms and the event. Forsio shows what needs to be examined.
What comes back
From a finding to the terms.
Open a finding, follow its reference and review the clause. If the documents are insufficient, that should be clear. A policy not appearing in the documents does not, by itself, mean the member has no cover.
Travel cover in two documents
Compare the scope and exclusions in the included terms.
Life cover cannot be established
Not shown in the included documents. Ask the member whether other policies exist.
Source verification
Your advisor should be able to check us.
A finding needs a traceable basis. Source references show which documents and terms the analysis rests on. Values without a verified reference are marked separately.
According to the terms
The flag is anchored in a named clause in the member's own terms. Your advisor can look it up.
Not source-verified
Sometimes a value cannot be anchored field by field. Then it says so, rather than the flag looking as certain as the others.
A basis for a decision
The analysis may be incomplete, and says so itself. It does not replace a reading of the documents.
Forsio’s neutrality
The same analysis. Whoever asks.
Forsio charges for its software. Which insurer issued a policy, or who requested the review, should not affect how its terms are analysed.
- 01
A fixed licence. No fee per outcome
Forsio earns a fixed licence fee. We receive no commission when a policy is taken out, and no payment for an insurer to appear in the analysis.
- 02
The analysis is the same whatever the outcome
The same analysis rules apply to the same documents, whoever invited the member. Forsio describes what the documents show. You review that basis with the member.
- 03
Consent sits with the person
Without the person's own consent you get nothing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and control stays with the person it concerns.
How data is handled is described under Security.
