Member insurance overview

The membership policy, in the whole insurance picture.

Give members their own overview, with their membership policy read alongside private contracts. They can see what the documents contain, with references to the terms. The organisation follows the group through aggregate statistics.

The member's overview is private. The organisation's statistics never show individual results.

Two example documents. No real insurance contracts.

Difference in the source data

The same area. Different travel periods.

The example documents state 30 and 45 days respectively. This describes a difference in the terms. Other aspects of cover also need to be checked.

Travel cover applies during the first 30 days of the trip. Other terms and limitations apply as set out in the contract.

What the member receives

The membership policy makes sense in context.

Knowing that a policy exists is not enough. The member needs to see what it covers and how it relates to their own contracts. Forsio makes the documents readable together, while leaving the next step to the member.

01

Membership and private policies together

The overview brings together the membership policy and private contracts present in the source data. The member can see which areas the contracts describe and where their scope differs.

02

An explained difference, with its source

Differences, gaps and overlaps are explained against the terms. Source references let the member return to the document and check what the description is based on.

03

The member's overview, on the member's terms

The member joins with BankID or uploads their policy documents. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The overview belongs to the member. The organisation's statistics show only the group.

The organisation's overview

The collective, never the person.

You see coverage levels, take-up and common gaps at group level. This informs your work on member benefits. The statistics do not open members' personal overviews.

The group view's privacy wall cannot be reconfigured. Individual member cases belong in the separate advisory workspace and require the person's consent.

The privacy wall

Four rules, built in.

01

Only members who have consented themselves are counted in the statistics.

02

Every figure is aggregated. Groups below the threshold are never shown.

03

Sensitive classes of insurance are never reported line by line.

04

The organisation's view holds nothing at individual level.

The output

The analysis examines your own benefit too.

Offering the policy through your organisation does not affect the analysis. The membership policy is read against its own terms and treated in the same way as the member's private contracts.

01

The analysis treats your benefit as it treats any contract

The engine reads the group policy's terms the same way it reads a private contract. It does not know that you have a relationship with the insurer behind it, and cannot take that relationship into account.

02

No editorial influence

You cannot adjust what the analysis flags, hide a flag or change how an outcome is worded. That holds for every customer, and it is why a member can trust what they see.

03

Scope and limitations become visible

The terms determine what can be described as covered, limited or unclear. If the membership policy has a limitation, it remains in the source data, just as it would for a private contract.

The model

One fixed fee per organisation.

Forsio charges a fixed fee per organisation. Never commission, never a share of what members take out afterwards, and never tied to what the analysis happens to show.

That is the same reason the output holds up: there is no mechanism through which an insurer, your own benefit insurer included, can pay to come out looking better.

Do you also handle individual member cases? The member advisory workspace can be used alongside this overview, with the person's consent.

Would you like to see how this looks for your members?

We show both the member's view and the organisation's aggregate view. You will hear from us within three working days.
