Overview
Your recorded benefits, enrolment and available observations from employee analyses.
For employers · Employee insurance overview
Your employees get one collected picture of their own insurance cover, with possible gaps and overlaps to review using the available information. You get aggregate data from employees who consent.
Individual results are always private. The employer sees aggregate statistics only.

All figures are aggregated. No information about an individual employee appears in this view.
The privacy wall
This is not a setting that can be changed. The wall is built into how the statistics are produced.
The individual's results
Not shared with the employer.
The employer's view
Never tied to a named person.
Only employees who have given their own consent are counted in the statistics.
Every figure is aggregated. Groups smaller than the threshold are never shown.
Sensitive types of insurance are never reported as a line of their own.
There is no individual-level data in the employer's view.

What you get out of it
The employee gets one collected picture of their own cover. It is a concrete thing to offer, and it calls for no procurement of a new insurance contract.
Recorded benefits and available observations from consenting employees help you identify questions for a benefits review.
Your existing benefits broker can use the figures you choose to share when reviewing your benefits.
How data is handled is described in full under Security and in our product privacy policy (Swedish). Do you deliver benefits to employers as an intermediary? That route looks different.
Before we meet
No. The employer view contains aggregate statistics from employees who have consented. Individual results are not part of that view, and groups below the threshold are not shown.
Your recorded benefits can be included in the employee's overview and analysis. The information comes from you and needs to be checked against the terms. Matching insurance types alone do not establish equivalent cover. Forsio does not provide insurance advice. The employee decides what happens next.
We show both the employee's view and the employer's aggregate view. You will hear from us within three working days.
Forsio is not an insurance intermediary and does not provide insurance advice.
