Forsio

Neutral intelligence layer

The whole insurance portfolio. Even what's missing.

With the household's consent, Forsio retrieves the policies from the insurers, reads the terms and flags coverage gaps and overlaps. Neutral, and traceable to the source data.

02 Read

Read, not guessed. Down to the wording of the terms.

A language model reads the actual insurance documents. Amounts, deductibles and exclusions. Every value carries the passage it came from, or says that it does not.

03 Analyse

Knows what is missing. And what is covered twice.

Gaps are flagged against the terms. Overlaps are judged by class of insurance: two indemnity policies pay for the same loss once, two personal policies both pay out.

Life——Gap

Travel cover sits in two policies. The same loss is paid for once.

Source · Home terms §9.2, Travel terms §1.1

Accident cover sits in two policies. Both pay out on the same event.

Source · Accident terms (Insurer B) §3.1, (Insurer C) §5.2

The gaps are categories the household has none of at all. Not weak terms.

Neutrality

This is what Forsio stands behind.

Independence is easy to promise. What makes the promise worth anything is that it follows from how the engine is built: the rules are the same whoever is asking, and there is no way around them.

Fixed licence. Never commission.
  1. The analysis describes, you decide

The engine shows what is there and what is missing, with a reference to the terms. What happens after that is your call.

  2. The same outcome whoever is paying

The same analysis rules apply to the same evidence, regardless of who pays or displays the result. Different evidence and permissions can produce different views.

  3. The yardstick is the terms

The analysis uses policy terms and available information. Missing evidence is identified. Price does not determine how cover is described.

  4. The analysis ends with you

The next step is yours, or your advisor's. Forsio is where the underlying material runs out.

  5. A fixed licence is the whole of the revenue

Forsio is paid for the software, never for an outcome. There is no mechanism to pay through in order to be seen.

The mission

Why the layer has to exist.

Pensions have a single consolidated view. Insurance has no equivalent of minpension. Coverage data has no rails: no party holds the whole picture of what a household is actually protected against.

The consequence is that gaps and duplicated premiums stay invisible. Not because anyone hides them, but because the information is never gathered in one place and read as a whole.

That is why independence is not a posture but the business model. Forsio is paid through a fixed software licence, never commission, and never sells insurance. No party can pay to show up better in an analysis.

Why it is hard

The hard part is the thankless part.

A household's policies sit with several insurers, in documents with no common format. That is not an interface problem.

01The groundwork

No standard to lean on

There is no common format for what a policy covers. The information sits in documents that each insurer writes in its own way, and that change.

02The groundwork

Depth in the actual Swedish terms

Reading the terms properly, down to amounts, deductibles and exclusions, is a different thing from reading a simplified model of them.

03The groundwork

Corrections that accumulate

Corrections need to be checked against the source before they can improve the analysis. Reliability requires insurance knowledge and ongoing review.

A demo of the interface can be built in a weekend. The layer underneath it cannot.
